The Baileigh Pipe Bender RDB-125 is a rotary draw tube and pipe bender and is just what the doctor ordered. This hydraulic bender is specifically designed to work with all Baileigh Industrial “drop on” tool sets.  In addition, the RDB-125 is built from only the best materials.

Based on the RDB-100 and operating in a similar manner. The RDB-125 incorporates a hydraulic system to turn the ratchet plate and do the actual bending. Requiring only 110 volts to power it, this pipe bender uses powerful low pressure industrial grade hydraulics. Therefore making it quiet, quick, and very safe to use.  Which is most important when bending at full capacity.

The RDB-125 has a capacity of 2-1/2″ OD tubing, 2″ OD Chromalloy, 2″ square tubing, and 2″ schedule 40 pipe. With a maximum centre line of 8″ depending on the outside diameter of the material being bent.

The Baileigh Pipe Bender RDB-125 will bend to 200 degrees, thus allowing for 180 degree bends without having to repin the die set. It takes only 4 complete pushes to reach 180 degrees. Utilising its built in anti-spring back mechanism, the RDB-125 can retract its hydraulic cylinder without losing its place in the bend. Just retract and push again, simple and easy. In addition, material loading and unloading is a breeze due to the included quick release counter die positioner.
